Auto Accident Recovery
Recovering from whiplash or accident-related injuries can be frustrating.
Our treatment combines multiple therapeutic techniques to support
your healing. A referral and
prescription from a physician
(MD, ND, or chiropractor)

*Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)*
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports your body’s lymphatic system—the system responsible for clearing excess fluid, waste, and toxins from your tissues.
When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish, fluid can build up, leading to swelling, heaviness, and discomfort. MLD uses light, precise movements to encourage this fluid to move and drain more efficiently.
Unlike traditional massage, MLD is very light touch—just enough to stimulate the skin and underlying lymph flow.
